Alternative Technologies Workshop

What is alternative technology? What are sources of alternative and regenerative energy? What do we know already, and what can we learn together, to shift our own patterns of energy use, as well as to learn new skills, and teach them to others?

Vessel assisted the Onassis Artist in Residence programme with a one-week trip to Aegina, and ran a one-day workshop on alternative technologies, during which participants learned about different forms of energy production, their relation to the environment, and constructed their own solar oven.
